我回来了!

在我奉奉光光的去上海的时候， 没想到路途会这么快停止。

回来的感觉一点也不好，因为是公司倒闭， 不想大洋宣布。

However, it is a blessing to return back to Singapore also.

I would say that this Shanghai trip made me learnt a lot and now will be able to appreciate things better. Their living standard and culture are totally different from Singapore and cannot be brought back to use.

No doubt, there is always a greener patch of grass at over the other hill. However, your own home is still the best.

I would say that no matter how good the living standard, environment, attractions and it is a desire to have them, but truthfully nothing feels better when you are back home even though everything is not as good as it can be.

I would not say it will be a regret coming back at this point of time, but it is a learning journey through this experience and like what my blog stated, there will be any journey which i need to be embarking on. The road is tough ahead but the success is to be seen.

Strive for the best and treasure ur surroundings.

It is 9 August 2008 and It is Singapore National Day. We are asked to help up in the Singapore National Day Celebration held by Singapore Shanghai Business Assoc(SSBA) in Shangri-La hotel. In-charge of the lucky draw, kind of xiong, because must tally these and tally the results on time. However, it was fulfilling as you will fill a sense of achievement after you put in effort in something and u do see results. Even though dinner wasn't given a share and need to go out to buy macdonalds, but there are many helpful staffs which helped me to make my lucky draw section successful. They are the banquet staff, NUS helpers and etc.. Haha

It was a Saturday and we went to meet friends, Jenny and her sister. We were walking to find a eating area and there we see a cute waitress starting outside the JS restaurant and we decide to go in. She is 翠翠, a shanghai student who has been to singapore before and she knows abt orchard road. Haha. It is breath-taking experience for me as I have done daring stun asking a stranger to take photo with me. But she was also kind enough to have a photo taken with me. I left my contact and so did she. It was a wonderful experience. Hope to contact her on msn and be able to go out with her once before my flight back to Singapore.
